It is a well proven fact that by eating vegetables regularly you can see a lot of positive results. Vegetables are one of the most natural foods you can eat and they contain a variety of needed vitamins, minerals and thousands of other plant chemicals known to provide necessary benefits.

Spring greens with butternut squash – You’ll start by adding 1 cup spring greens or leaf lettuce to a plate. Now, get a small bowl and mix together 1/4 cup cooked butternut squash, 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar 1/2 tablespoon olive oil. Top off the greens with the squash mixture, 1/2 tablespoon sunflower seeds and 1 teaspoon of honey.
Grilled vegetable kebabs – The first thing you’ll need to do is marinate some cherry tomatoes, button mushrooms, zucchini slices, red onions and bell peppers in a little bit Italian dressing. place them onto skewers and grill it over a medium heat, turning often, until the vegetables are tender. You should do this for about 5 to 8 minutes.
Asparagus, tomato and red pepper French bread pizza – You’ll love this dish. First, arrange a few slices of French bread onto a baking sheet. Then, add some pizza sauce and a mixture asparagus, Roma tomatoes, red bell peppers and minced garlic. Sprinkle all of that lightly with mozzarella cheese. Bake it at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until the cheese becomes lightly browned and the vegetables are tender.
Portobello mushroom burger – Find some nice, large Portobello mushrooms and marinate them in French or Italian dressing. Then, grill them over a medium heat until they are tender. It should only take about 5 minutes on each side. You can choose to eat them on a bun or alone.
Honey-glazed sweet potatoes – To truly enjoy this dish, you’ll start by peeling and chopping four large sweet potatoes. Toss in a mixture of 1/4 cup water, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons honey and 1 tablespoon oil. Place it all on a baking sheet and cover that with foil, baking at 375 F for 45 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for another fifteen minutes until the glaze is thick with the potatoes tender.
Fresh vegetable soup – Everyone enjoys a nice bowl of soup. This one is no different. First, get a large pot and add 1 tablespoon olive oil and chopped such as onions, carrots, green beans and celery. Sauté until they are all tender. Next, add four cups of chicken or vegetable stock, three cups of water, a few sliced potatoes and season it all with salt, pepper and parsley. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are tender.
